Penn Foster Now Has Regional Accreditation?

I specifically mentioned they were degree courses that transferred.

 

I'm currently enrolled in Penn Foster High School and it states on their website that their career programs are also regional accredited for non degree. I looked up Penn Foster Career at Search Institutional Accreditation System and it listed as national accredited. Is this mistake? Anyone have an ideas?

I want to get enroll in their Web Design program just to gain personal experience. Might be useful later on if I decide to build my own website and sell items, develop my own dot.com business. But I need to make sure if it's worth it. Any suggesting would great.
