Her friend doesn't seem the least bit surprised that the former mayor used the n-word.
I noticed that too. Kind of undercuts any claim that it was merely a slip and completely out of character.
Crime of the century. If you're going to use that kind of language, own up. Admit it. I'm mean...you'll still get pilloried and have hundreds, possibly multiple hundreds, of upset Twitter users. But at least you can look in the mirror again.
