Maybe you can find something through this: High School, Undergraduate and Graduate Programs with Ada-specific Coursework
Decimon, Thanks for that link. They have a pretty long list of 100 level CS courses in ADA; however, none in the New England area (no DL courses either). Can't seem to find anything on google... Oh well I will keep looking. Trying to find a school that does a DL independent study course or something that would allow ADA for the subject. Thanks again, Bill
There is this, Alderson-Broaddus, but if they're accredited by more than the Allmighty then I missed that. Lots of online tutorials if you don't need the course for credit or if you can bone up and then challenge the course somewhere.
That's what I should do (find a regular course and ask if they can let me challenge it for credit). We'll see, thanks. Bill
Greetings. I know *nothing* about Alderson-Broaddus College, but, according to "Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association" (http://www.ncacihe.org/directory/), the college is regionally accredited. Cordially, Richard Kanarek
My apologies to Alderson-Broaddus. Couldn't get that info from their website. Couldn't navigate their website.
Wow! I thought it was a fake accrediter. I didn't know there was a "Higher Learning Commision" on the real RA accrediter (I though it was just North Central Association of Schools and Colleges (or something in that order). Perhaps, I will take a look at this school again. Thanks Richard, Bill
Greetigns. Regarding your recent post: They don't need computerS: them is friendly folks; they can share one. <g> Cordially, Richard Kanarek
I over-emphasized the "eye" in EyeLund - I guess its a Loooooong "G" run into the "eye". Thank you for that embarrassing oversight decimon. Its not everyday here in east Tennessee that we encounter many New Yorkers.
Education in WV Hello, I assure you there are computers in WV. My son age 21 is a college senior at Marshall University. In this area more high school seniors are looking toward this option for a very reasonable tuition. Huntington is a true college town. Have a good Sunday. Hille
