    Hi everyone!
    I am new here.

Looking for a high quality accredited online course or degree on nutrition.

I was actually very interested at Kaplan university's nutrition degree, but it is so expensive - about 60.000 US$. Too much for me.

So I started looking for a hight quality accredited online course on nutrition and found Stonebridge Associated Colleges.

However, there are many negative comments about them on this forum.

Is there a better choice then Stonebridge?

    Hello,

If you are hoping to become a dietitian you will need to attend an institution that is accredited through the American Dietetic Association. You can search their website for accredited institutions.

I would recommend Barton County Community College, with an eventual transfer to Kansas State, for the distance learner. Taken from the Barton website: Barton offers an Associate of Science degree in dietary management or pre-dietetics. K-State offers a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of dietetics. Articulation agreements have been formed guaranteeing a student seamless transition from each academic program and between the institutions.

    Hello,

I have my MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport.

This program requires a campus visit to take the Comprehensive Exam.

This is not a RD (Registered Dietitian) program.

I highly recommend this regionally accredited online school!
