    Nosborne is quite correct

The LLB or a a BA degree inlaw does not entitle you to do anything! Indeed, my own nephew is currently taking a BA in business studies and has now decided to be a lawyer in the UK. Once he gets his BA he can take a fast-track one-year law conversion coruse at one of the designated centres int he Uk, then go into 'articles and if he gets through his law degree exams and does his 'articles' (apprenticeship) he will become a qualified solicitor. Same is true if you get an LLB. You stol have to do tyour artciles and go ont o pass the Law Society exams to qualify as a solicitor or barrister.
