Accredited by NCA. This is good news, I thought they were still only a candidate. http://www.northcentral.edu/general_information/general_information/accreditation.htm http://www.ncacihe.org/directory/index.php Tony
This is North Central University in Minnesota--the candidate is Northcentral University in Arizona, which hasn't been accredited yet, to the best of my knowledge. Cheers,
No worries--very easy to confuse the two schools given the very similar names and the fact that they're both in the NCA's jurisdiction, so to speak. Cheers,
North Central University Northcentral University Edith Cowan University Edithcowan University Wake Forest University Wakeforest University Florida State University Floridastate University I'm sure this was not a deliberate attempt to confuse anyone.
I don't know, North. This made me want to take a trip down to the local Mexican Restaurant and get a Burrito Supreme--extra sour cream & salsa.
.....and that reminds me of an incident in SLC, UT, where there was a hepitis outbreak. It came to light the Taco Bell employee mixed some......bodily function material, with the refried beans. El Supremo University...........is full of s**t. Tony
Now Tony, did you have to take a good clean post and scathe it with off color terminology? The Taco Bell story is fine because it is really what happened (I guess), but why resort to terms which have no merit? Now write 100 times on the board, "I must not make off color remarks on this forum. Distance Learning has taught me a better method of communication."
ariz no.cent.u It looks like Ariz. NoCentU is making the effort for accreditation. Does anyone know if they are also pursuing professional recognition? Like APA? Business? etc. All the best!
Sorry if I offended anyone, but I thought this situation was the fast food equivalent of a degree mill, and it seemed to fit with the food references. Plus I thought it was humorous (a little ). Once again to those offended, I apologize and I realize that......I must not make off color remarks on this forum. Distance Learning has taught me a better method of communication. Once will have to suffice, I have had a long day. Tony
The rise in tuition at Northcentral. I received an email today suggesting I enroll now because in October the tuition per credit hour will raise from the current $230 to a nice even sum of $250. Still not outrageous, and I suppose it was to be expected, so there you go! Tony
