Boston University is now offering the Master of Criminal Justice (M.C.J.) and the Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy (D.P.T) degrees online. Needless to say, B.U. is RA, and has an excellent academic reputation. I looked at the M.C.J. program years ago (when it was totally residential), but the tuition was out of my price range. Bruce
Whew.. the web-based version doesn't look to be any more affordable. At the advertised tuition & fees I imagine that the biggest interest will be shown by folks whose agencies are footing the bill. Interesting that they seem to have retained an outside firm to "market" the program.
Re: Re: New DL Programs at Boston University Although B.U. has a great academic reputation, they don't have a Criminal Justice department. The M.C.J. program is an offshoot of the Sociology department, and while Sociology/Criminal Justice/Criminology have some common roots, they are distinct disciplines, IMO. I'm not sure that the money spent on a Boston University M.C.J. degree would be worth the considerable financial outlay. Bruce
