National Accrediting Agency for Private Schools (NAAPS)?

I recently saw a school claiming accreditation by NAAPS in Atlanta, GA, however, I couldn't locate a website.

Anyone familiar with NAAPS?

 

Every search I run on NAAPS turns up Jacksonville Theological Seminary. The link to NAAPS on their page doesn't work, and the domain name is available.

An alternate JTS site (which may belong to an affiliated organization), contributes the following, sure to be of interest to you:
" Jacksonville Theological Seminary is fully accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Private Schools (NAAPS), Washington, D.C., and is presently in candidate status with the Accrediting Commission International (ACI). Accreditation with the Accrediting Commission International allows graduating students with Education Degrees to apply for teacher certification through them."

Thank you, Bill. This is indeed the school which I saw advertised. I had never heard of NAAPS, but the proposed connection of JTS with ACI speaks volumes. Loud Volumes!!!

 

One beauty of a google search is that it is essentially a random education. I never would have known about the Navy Aerosol Analysis and Prediction System (NAAPS), otherwise. Apparently it's a big deal in atmospheric research.

But I bet that they haven't yet recognized Jacksonville Theological Seminary, no matter how much fog the latter puts out.

Those interested in NAAPS would also be well served to view Association of Academic Accreditation, National Accrediting Association of Christian Schools, Logos Euopean College and Southern Bible Institute and Seminary, Southern Bible Institute and Seminary, Augusta, GA. in the previous thread, I was stating yes, I heard of NAAPS and wanting the reader to research for himself/herself its lack of worth....
