Congrats! So, in general terms, what's it about? Or is that bad form to ask?

 

Not sure if it is bad form but it is about - Examining the Relationship between the Frequency of Communication and Remote Employee Communication Satisfaction

I have always (about 15 years) had field based positions and have felt that the frequency of communication plays a part in communication satisfaction. But - more is not always better. Communication is critical since field, or remote, employees work in different locations and sometimes different states then their manager. There is a quality factor involved (3 high quality communications a month is better then 6 low quality communications) as well as employee tenure, gender, and perhaps regional factors. There are factors to build that closeness and LMX models to consider. That is the overview of the idea.
