looking for a good RA PHD program

Rereading the referenced thread from over a year ago I feel a little suspicious of dbahomeland's intentions. He seems to have disapeeared without providing details of his DBA (if he has one), whether he graduated from NCU, and providing any subtantiation to his allegations.

When I was CSUDH they were put on probation and qafter much work were reaccredited (At least CSUDH posted all memos and reports on their web site - they was most interesting).
