Why do my posts keep having to be reviewed? Is it always like this or just because I'm new?

***I see this was posted right away but my responses yesterday did not show up until later or this morning and the response I just wrote before this post is needing to be reviewed. What the heck?

So I'm really unsure of what to do...Thinking out loud: do I transfer to LeTourneau where it is a tier 1 and ranked, so thus, I assume, might be a more challenging education taught and perhaps looked more favorably upon future employers or do I stay with LU? The two things that are making me consider staying w/ LU is the fact that it is so large and for the reason why I want a Psych degree. I like the network of people and how LUO posts regularly on Facebook, so it is enjoyable reading the comments and makes you feel connected. The school appears to have spirit, too. I also plan to use my degree for God's purposes rather then become a therapist or what not. Sure, I could still become one, but my thinking is some kind of ministry in helping others. I want the psych degree to help me relate to people better (as well as just having a degree to be a good example to my children and challenge my mind).

LeTourneau is a smaller school. Way smaller...however, the education quality should be better.

I don't know what should be more important. Will LU disciple me better as well as educate me, on top of the sociable people there or will LeTourneau perhaps have their own social network (and I just don't know it yet since I'm not enrolled...appearances can be deceiving) and I'll also get a better education to boot.
