Not really related to DL, but I was told today by a co-worker who is attending New England School of Law in Boston that they now have a special part-time option. In addition to the full-time day (3 years) and part-time night (4 years) options, there is a special part-time option, where students can mix day & night courses, and have up to 6 years to complete their degrees. It's designed primarily for people who are primary child caregivers, but I confirmed with a phone call that they will consider any special circumstances.

Might this be a sign that the ABA is lightening up its notoriously rigid standards in regards to academics?
