How can this person practice law?

    "Good thing", sure. It's also a "good thing" not to be required to relocate, for a number of reasons. None of two options is morally superior to the other, IMHO. That's where Gregg and I disagree. But, again, it is a "worldview thing", and it's "OK to disagree".

    Well, surely a distinction can be drawn between a "good thing" for the lawyer and a "good thing" for his clients and the community at large.

    Really, Stanislav, is this something YOU would do? Or are considering doing?

    Well, if you're talking about immigration law - maybe as a client... ;)
