So maybe you can tell us how many of those schools listed on the site will enroll someone who does not live in Bangladesh or is not a citizen of Bangladesh. How many of those have distance learning programs?
I'm told the only Public university in Bangladesh currently offering distance programs is here: Welcome to Bangladesh Open University Bangladesh Open University. Nothing here for non-citizens. Get your books at a Regional Resource Centre, sub-centre or tutorial centre (in Bangladesh). They also send out audio cassettes and have radio and TV broadcasts - 25 minutes daily. This is for locals. Enrolment is high - over 500 thousand students in 2006. Looks to me like Distance Education authorities in Bangladesh really need to start increasing use of that thing called the Internet.
