Hi DI, http://www.henley-putnam.edu/640-255.htm I am not sure if this has been posted, but Henley-Putnam University (DETC) now offers a Doctorate in Strategic Security. HPU also offers a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Intelligence Management, Terrorism and Counterterrorism Studies, and Management of Personal Protection.
Looks like H-PU has an opportunity to be a "real" doctoral program by creating a serious research effort around a discipline. The contents of the doctoral program are rigorous (90 q.h. post-master's, competence in a foreign language, two comp exams, plus dissertation). If the faculty is equally engaged in researching strategic studies, H-PU can become a player in the field. These are the kinds of things DETC-accredited, doctorate-offering schools need to do--be significant and unique. Otherwise, why do a DETC-accredited doctorate (like a DBA or EdD) when there are so many RA options? Very cool.
