I would need your suggestions:

I intend to apply to other schools and they stated the minimum candidature period is 4years. How should I position myself such that I can negotiate for a much shorter period such as less than 2 years, in view of what i have accomplished so far?

As most of you commented, I should stick on. Likewise, they are bound to ask why i want to give up and transfer? The true reason will not reflect myself positively. Any good reasons that I could give?
