    I don't think it is really relevant. It doesn't really bring up any religious implications that I can see; it is just a little more interesting for the fact that it was a Christian school aimed at training nurses. Kind of ironic, a former nursing student shoots people. "So you are not going to train me to heal people? Then I'm going to kill you."

    Very sad when things like this happen. I don't understand how someone can do this. To me, it is true evil.

    I am reminded of the shooting a University of Arizona's Nursing School back in 2002 that left 4 dead. It sticks in my mind because my mom was a nursing professor (now retired) and knew folks that worked at that university (fortunately none that were killed). The nursing angle in this current shooting just stuck out to me.
