Does anyone have any information/experience with the Fielding Institute's Ph.D. in Psychology? I have an MA in clinical psychology and am interested in going for the Ph.D. Distance education appears to be the way to go for me. I approve of the educatioal model since I am an independent learner. The professor who chaired my thesis committee had been a student at Fielding and has nothing but positive things to say about the school. Anyone else know anything about them? I know they are APA approved which says alot about the quality. Well I assume that APA approval implies quality, but one never knows. Specifically I want to know how the millieu of the program is, any trouble with post graduate licensure? How about getting APA approved internships? How is the "process" of education. My MA is from Concordia University Wisconsin and was done via DL with a couple residencies. I expect the educational process is similar. If any current or former Fielding students want to respond I'd appreciate it.
