What I need is better computer skills. I don't know how to quote from two posts in one post.

But, if you will look in a nearby comment you'll see an explanationas to why LBU could never, shudder, seek approbation from Harvard etc as per your tongue in cheek suggestion that LBU do. I chuckle over the vision of profs from Harvard Divinity School pleading with LBU, "Oh, please allow Harvard to endorse LBU."

So, as the unacceptability of Harvard as a LBU endorser is on account of differences over essential doctrine, curious that secular administor endorsement then is sought, I provided some nonliberal schools. Possibly LBU might ask deans from three of these to say, "Boy, howdy, that LBU doc in Theo is top notch."

I should have responded in a second post to the proposed rationale for LBU not seeking endorsement from administrators of religious "liberal schools. Sorry to confuse you.

But yes, send along to me the paxil, given your comment about no reputable school would give an honorary ThD. I need the paxil to bring harmony to my mind which struggles to synthesize this and a score of academic Christian deceptions in learning with actual Christian devotion in living. Unless I am drugged , you see, to me the two are irreconcilable.

Paxil will help the OCD, but to "synthesize" you will need a hefty dosage of Valium. ;)

"synthesize", 1. "to put together or combine into a complex whole." [World Book Encyclopedia Dictionary, p.1987]

So here goes Bill trying synthesize :

no reputable school awards an honorary
ThD // hi there, I have an honorary ThD for my fantastic ministry and my 9,013 accomplishments like conceding the race to Arnold

good doc programs have profs with accredited docs // hi there, I'm in a good doc program but 75% of the profs lack accredited docs.

learning the original languages is essential in understanding difficult passages in the Bible // hi there, I just wrote a terrific book explaining 3000 difficulties in the Bible without using the Bible languages.

theological schools should be evaluated by academicians in theology // hi there, just lookie at all the secular academicians who like our theological school.

Mas ThDs and PhDs require sound thinking skills // hi there, if you say grad studies in the NT should require Greek then like Roman Catholics you are denying the Bible to laypersons

Doctoral studies in the Bible require quality research tools // hi there, I use Strong's Concordance in my doc program

    Yes, send valium too

    :D
