Not sure who these people are. I think I have a pretty good guess as to who SL, JB, and RD are, but these others I don't know.

 

I'm guessing it's a reference to Tom Head (whose name appears in the crossword)

 

I forgot about the other TH.

I kept it to initials (as John did) to make it harder for people Googling someone (church, employer etc.) and finding out if they might have been in jail. And maybe harder for detractors of DI or the "gang" to get new ammo for renewed Internet polemics... but they come right here and read it all anyway, so...
