I was wondering if CS102: Introduction to Computer Science II By Saylor Academy will be equivalent to CS 241 at TESU.
The answer is definitely "maybe" but I'm going to nudge it towards probably not simply because 100 level courses are typically not equivalent to 200 level courses. Lots of 200 level courses have 100 level courses as a prerequisite. So that's just a superficial judgment. You'd have to actually look at the syllabus before you could even guess and even then it wouldn't be official as it's always up to the receiving school whether they'll see it as equivalent. Maybe someone else has direct experience with this . . . . . ?
Apparently not: https://www.saylor.org/partner-schools/thomas-edison-state-university/ But you don't really know if you don't ask TESU. Edit: It does qualify for ACE credit so some school should accept it: https://www.saylor.org/credit/#recognition-of-credit
