I borrowed this off another thread:

National Paralegal College offers a paralegal certificate for $4,800.00. They are DETC accredited and have an agreement with Charter Oak State College to accept 18 credits from the program towards a COSC degree and an articulation agreement with UoP for many more credits (6/paralegal course). NPC also offers their own associates degree program.

Hmm, very interesting. I know Excelsior changed their policy regarding the acceptance of NA credits last year. It looks like COSC is getting into the action as well, at least partially. One step at a time I guess.

There's a difference between an articulation agreement, which this is, and a policy about NA credit, which this really is not. In other words, one shouldn't assume that more is to come from COSC on accepting NA credit because of this. Still, it's helpful for some, and it does demonstrate flexibility (not that the Big Three have had a big problem with that usually).
