    Does that mean that a female linebacker should be paid as much as a male linebacker in the NFL?

    If she doubles as a cheerleader. They get paid squat.

    Which I never understood. $150/game, or at 256 games, just $38,400? That comes out to be, at average game length of 3 hours to about $50, which does not include practice time.

    I opine that the draw for the cheerleaders is significantly higher while they perform, than the actual players in many teams. Here is a case where I see the temporary benefit of collective bargaining.

    Considering the monies thrown around, you might think the owners would be a bit more generous in paying the cheerleaders.
