For admission, business accreditation of the MBA school will be considered, along with a high GMAT score and the age of the applicant. They might also require some leveling of foundational courses, depending on what they think those are and the reputation the faculty; for example, if the school has a noteworthy author in some subdiscipline then you can count repeating anything in that area.
