Bellevue University or St. Joe's of Maine?

Ok, I have narrowed down my OL grad school options to these two schools as they both offer the MHA online, fairly reasonable in cost. Does anyone have any feedback on either of these schools either as faculty or student? I don't want to start a program only to find out they are using outdated program management systems or content. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated. It has been a long, hard search to try to find totally online programs without huge tuition costs. Thanks in advance for any and all assistance.
