Is it a good school? Also, would transferring back to a school on the credit hour system be a problem?
Hi Gin - Based on your previous posts I'm surprised that you couldn't pull up this page http://www.aiuonline.edu/about_aiu/accreditation.aspx
Sorry, I mostly checked Wikipedia (granted not all that great a source since anyone can edit or re-edit it but a good place to start) and a few other sources. But thank you all the same. Looks like they had some trouble in the past but are making (so it seems) and an effort to keep their accreditation.
No problem. Search engines are great. Even ours works. http://www.degreeinfo.com/showthread.php?t=27362&highlight=aiu and http://www.degreeinfo.com/showthread.php?t=27571&highlight=aiu In the end it's much faster than posting a question and hoping that someone answers
Yes, I know someone who was on the accreditation team. AIU made some major changes in its leadership and was able to retain its accreditation.
Aiu I am a graduate from AIU - Los Angeles, and I have never had a problem with my degree. My degree was accepted without question into a masters program at Norwich University, I also completed a certificate program at Cornell University, and I am currently in th Texas A&M MBA program. Is it any good? Like any school, its what you make of it. I can only speak about the ground campuses though, not sure about the online school.
