I am in need of assistance with a dilemma regarding a requirement for admissions to graduate school.
I am applying to Excelsior College's MALS program and they are requiring me to submit an essay answering about five various questions.

The problem I am having, and it doesn't clarify in what format or specific layout the essay should be in.

I have completed the essay the following way:
    - Top left hand corner, stated the College, program, and what this paper is for (admissions essay)

    - Then I have each question that I am required to answer numbered 1-5; restating the question(s) in italics.

    - Left a space between the each question(s) and my response(s), with a through detailed answer, all correct spelling and paragraphs all grammatically correct.

Would this be a correct format or layout for an admissions essay? There is no guidelines for this...and I assume that a layout this way might be acceptable. More or less like an essay exam.

If I am wrong, or anyone else has any other suggestions, comments, etc - Please reply. Your help and advise would be appreciated.

    Cheers!
    :)

If you're certain that there is no recommended format for this essay then I'd say you've done well. Good luck with your application.
