Re: Not as up tight as it seems

An on site newsletter would be helpful. Their quarterly one is not enough & it had nothing about the guy deciding to retire. He may have made the decision suddenly, who knows. He seems to have been President during the seminary's tremendous growth.

The ACCS site at one time had a link to an ACCS Forum but the forum did not allow you to post and apparently never got off the ground. I agree that this would be helpful as well.

As for Dr. Beville. Great guy, well meaning, but he wears a number of hats. My experience with him is that you need to be persistent in getting a hold of him and following up to ensure that whatever you needed was done. His asssistant (whose name escapes me) was quite helpul. I am enjoying my ACCS experience and that makes up for some of the administrative glitches which are likely the result of the growth they have exprienced. Liberty U had some problems in the late 80's and early 90's that were the results of growth and needing to get the administrative service caught up.

Customer service is certainly an important thing and that is one of the aspects of UNIZUL that made it a pleasure to deal with (even if I did not finish up there). Even UNIZUL had some issues that were related to their Finance/collections dept. The theology dept. was among the best I have experienced for customer service.
