"Acadia University has been named Canada 's best overall primarily undergraduate university according to Maclean's magazine 2007 ranking." ( http://www.acadiau.ca/generalInfo/aboutAcadia/awards.html ) It's an excellent and highly regarded institution - don't hesitate to give it a try.
It seems a little costly for international students(which I assume means US) @ ~15,600 for tuition. But reasonable for Canadian students. However, it looks like a great program.
Sorry, I did not realize that Acadia University differentiated between domestic and foreign students, as related to tuition fees, for their online courses. This is possibly due to the fact post-secondary education at public colleges and universities are government funded. Career colleges are strictly private and therefore apart from government regulation are not government funded. Thankfully, most US schools do not differentiate on the basis of nationality for their distance education courses.
