You look Latino. You speak Spanish. You work hard. That's now probable cause.

It seems rather racist to me? It also makes me suspicious that there might be money being passed under the table?

I did a weird thing and I actually read the decision. The article is not quite right on a handful of points, but it doesn’t detract from the the heart of the issue, which it states largely correctly.

What I didn't expect when reading the document is that even through the stuffy legal language, you can get a real sense of the personalities of each of the justices. Kavanaugh is a slimeball, and Sotomayor is a scholar.

Sotomayor does such an eloquent and thorough job of cutting this abuse of power to shreds that there really is no argument left on the table other than "Eeeeeh, I'll just do it anyway." which is an accurate enough summary of what the consenting justices wrote.

I remember reading about something similar happening in Germany a while back… Wasn’t hispanics, but a different minority group. Hmm.

Yeah, that's going to work really well here in New Mexico. Many public officials look Latino and speak Spanish. A (not very) surprising number are dual nationals of the U.S. and Mexico. Tbe late Governor Bill Richardson is an example.

Same here in New York. Many Puerto Ricans look like Colombians and Venezuelans. We'll see how the official discrimination operates here.

The accent is a bit different, isn't it?

The accent might be different, but the Supreme Court still says there's probable cause...

First they came for the Transgenders, and I did not speak out
Because I was not a Transgender.
Then they came for the Hispanics, and I did not speak out
Because I was not a Hispanic.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out
Because I was not a Jew.
    Then they came for me
And there was no one left to speak for me.

... Then they came for Palestinians, and I didn't speak out
Because some Jews reported me to DHS for anti-semitism and I was locked up
Then they came for the Jews, ...ooops!

Let me tell you who will come for Christians , and the Jews.
Somalis in Miniapolis, Minnesota, and Jihadis in Michgan among others, and Hamas sympathizers.
History of my people is filled with those who come after.
    Am Israel Chai.
But in history also good friends came along to help.

Yet again you come in regurgitating this admin’s positions word for word to defend them from accountability.

What's your history with the fascists? Is there any chance, any chance at all, that they will not come after all y'all? Are you even aware what role do your people play in the "Great Replacement" narratives? Do you even remember who it was who shoot up a synagogue last in this very country? If you think your biggest threat is Somalis in Minneapolis, you're even dimmer than you look.

I think if you reread my post, you will see that I addressed the situation, many came after my people to destroy us, eventually they got destroyed.
I honestly think Jihadists is a more pressing danger.
    This is my opinion.
Jihado -fascists are plotting against infidels.

I replied to Stanislav and all others that mentioned that eventually they come for Jews etc. Not about the Admin.
I see a more pressing and urgent danger in Jihado-Nazis.
That they will come after Christians and Jews.
This hate has to be stopped.

None is spreading, but wouldn't you warn people of upcoming danger?

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/gunman-shouting-free-palestine-kills-152920517.html

A gunman shouting “Free Palestine” killed one person at a country club wedding in New Hampshire, US.

"The man opened fire as the bride and groom were about to start their first dance on Saturday night, according to witnesses. Two others were wounded.

Hunter Nadeau, 23, has been arrested and charged with the murder of 59-year-old Robert Steven DeCesare, police said.

“Additional charges likely will be brought, including for the additional shooting victims,” John Formella, attorney general for New Hampshire, said in a statement."

Jihado-fascists like Somali community in Minnesota. Got it.
A question: did Haitian immigrants ate dogs and cats in Springfield, Ohio?
