Well, I learned something, anyway. Not as much as I'd have liked. I'll get to that later. I already knew Yerevan was in Armenia. I can hear indignant Armenians now - "You putz! It's the Capital!" - but I'm still baffled as to the contents of the communiqué. Except possibly that there may someday (2020?) be a facility to get your foreign degree quickly recognized in Armenia - or your Armenian degree quickly recognized abroad. I did learn what Nuffic is - and Nuffic seems to be carrying the ball here. It's a Dutch organization for "internationalisation in education."
