You know Gina, many people on this forum are seeking degrees or have earned degrees that will earn them a hefty paycheck. Who would blame them for wanting to set themselves up in that way. I, on the other hand, am strictly a Humanities guy (please read "small paycheck".) The book sitting next to my bed is Robert's History of the World . I still tell myself that after I'm done with my present degree program (please note the optimistic attitude) I plan on doing that U of L Philosophy degree (although the lure of ZA may push me towards UNISA.) If I had a degree in History I'd be looking toward either a High School teaching certification or law school. Good luck to you and your husband. (BTW, the cold lingers but I'm back to work)

In the case of tire salesman: "Would you like a road hazard warranty with that?"

    Tracy,

That was included in the price. Remember, I would always explain the road hazards to the customer and give them examples of tires that were flattened by anything and everything. Road hazards do save the customer grief and headache.

    Hey Mary,

I sure am glad you helped in the creation of Aspen. I am a student there, and I have to say Aspen is a great school. I hope to have my MBA by next year. I had nothing to transfer in, so this program has been a bear for me. Nice to hear from you again. Let's us know if there are any new developments with DETC ok?
