Just being curious, I called Charter Oak State today to ask about how they work with FEMA Credits. As L3 pointed out, they will accept them. In fact, if you're not interested in a specific degree track and just need credits for professional purposes, they will bank them (and all other eligible credits you may have) for a fee of $515 for one year. After the one year, you have to renew for about $70. I was told the credits would chiefly apply to free electives and will stretch the most in a General Studies program which is sort of a given.

I was really impressed with the customer service. I spoke to about three different ladies and one gentleman as they put me through the system to people who specialized in the certain questions I had. Each one was very courteous and very professional. It may not seem like a big deal, but I've had so many issues with bad customer service from schools over the years when I ask a simple and fair question that this experience positively stood out.

How do they list the FEMA IS courses and credits?

I seem to recall one person mentioning something equivalent to the standard Pass/Fail mark for transfer credits but that didn't come from the registrar, so accuracy may not be 100%.
