The heads of two key American intelligence agencies issued statements Wednesday on what they said was "new" intelligence on the damage resulting from the recent U.S. strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities, each noting the Iranian program was likely to have been set back by "years."

The statements were released after President Trump decried a leaked, preliminary assessment produced by the Defense Intelligence Agency that said Tehran's nuclear program had only been pushed back by a matter of months.

General Kane revealed that the bombers who participated in the attack aimed at the vents that had been covered in advance with concrete slabs by the Iranians.
The first bombs penetrated the concrete layer and the subsequent ones exploded inside the nuclear facility.
US Secretary of Defense: "We are closely monitoring what the Iranians are doing.

In Iran, the Atomic Energy Agency confirmed that the sites in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan were attacked. However, senior Iranian officials tried to downplay the significance of the attacks and their impact on the nuclear program.

Wait, so now you trust the US intelligence agencies? So you must trust their assessment that Iran had no intention of building a bomb in the first place.

Very simple. New evidence was presented, additional intelligence collected.
Also it wasn't me who didn't trust their earlier report, it was WH.
But there is always room for error.
After all, how would I know, only by reading and watching news.

But you took the White House at their word without them presenting any indication of additional intelligence information.

Who am I, we debate, I pointed to the fact.
You can accept what WH said or not.
You dismiss automatically what WH has to say.
Now as additional intelligence made available, new information appears to support updated assessment of the damage.
There is footage that was collected by booths on the ground, and sitelite images as the smoke and dust cleared, etc.
Again, I'm just sharing what I read and vew on different news channels.

What is obviously happening in the WH is that Trump was unhappy with the intelligence reports and so he is forcing folks to lie publicly about it.

People can speculate, about many things.
Israel is very grateful to US and the WH for it help against state sponsoring terror, Iran.
Ayatollah, still deep in the bunker, sent some face-saving video today.
He seriously fears for the end of his regime.
Free Democratic Iran, is the best option the world has.
I fear the worst but hope for the best.

I just heard that Lindsay Graham stated that in the briefing he just attended, they stated that they didn't know where the 900 pounds of enriched uranium is. But that it has probably been moved to a safe place because they know that was Iran's plan. If the 900 pounds of enriched uranium is still in Iranian hands (which is the far most likely situation) then their bomb program couldn't have been set back by more than the estimated 3 to 6 months that was reported in the DIA report.

New reports state that only one out of tree nuke sites were destroyed. NBC News and other outlets, citing current and former U.S. officials, report that only one facility was destroyed, with the others capable of relatively quick recovery.
Fordow nuclear facility was the only site significantly damaged. The strike is believed to have set back its uranium enrichment capabilities by up to two years
Natanz and Isfahan, the other two sites, suffered less extensive damage. Analysts say these facilities could be repaired and resume enrichment activities in several months if Iran chooses to do so.

U.S. Central Command said its Yemeni partners successfully intercepted a "massive Iranian weapons shipment" that was meant to reach the nation's Houthi rebels.
The Yemeni National Resistance Forces seized more than 750 tons of munitions and hardware, including hundreds of advanced cruise, anti-ship and anti-aircraft missiles, warheads and seekers, CENTCOM said.
