The price is good. The subject also. The name "virtual certificate" is a turn off for me.

It's a Higher Ed standard that they tell students how much $$$ they need to throw at the university, but NOT what the credential will really be. Sadly, buyer beware!

I agree! People spend too much money on college education without thinking about the return on investment. This is how they end up with $1.5 trillion student loan debt and demanding the Government to forgiveness and free college.

Yes, that's a real problem. I invested lots of money into a useless major when I was in college about 9 years ago.
Right now, the only major that guarantees ROI for me is computer science.

It’s important to gain experience, but experience doesn’t pay the bills. People should be able to access education whether or not the intent is for financial advancement. Without free or low cost college, the incentive to be educated for those who aren’t already well-off is highly mitigated.

There is plenty of ways to achieve your higher educational goal at a low cost, but the students won't see the fun out of it. Especially, those in this forum; who just like me attending distance learning to earn a college degree while dealing with full-time professional jobs, family obligations. While paying tuition out of their pocket comparing 18-25 years old college students only studying and partying with student loans. You can be frugal toward education, you can but you have to compromise.
