    Hi everyone,
I was just sent an email by UoP about doing a phone interview on Tuesday and I would like some advice from those of you have done the phone interview with UoP. This will be my first adjunct position if I get the position and I would like to know what questions should I or shouldn't I be asking? as well as what to expect during this interview and what the next step will be. Also I am curious to know how long this phone interview will take since I will be at work and I will have to leave my office to have this interview.

    Thank you in advance

The phone interview was about 45 minutes (I think). The questions were basically the same as the ones they asked me to answer when they sent me an interview form. Look at this thread. I outlined my experience. Hope it helps.

Not to get off topic with the interview, but I just finished my mentorship class and am awaiting the word to see if I am officially hired. I will say it has been a long process. I am glad to be done, but nervous about how it will come out.

Has anyone had any experience with the mentorship process and awaiting the final word? I received good marks all the way through my mentored class, but it sounds like Phoenix really does a thorough job of seeing how you did during the class.
