From UWF website (UWF - Department of Government - Home):

"This is a hybrid distance learning program. Students are required to attend live lectures via SCOPIA, the university's video conferencing service. Through this format, students benefit from face-to-face interaction with students and faculty while also benefitting from the flexibility of online course delivery. For more information, please contact the Department of Government at 850-474-2929. Let us help you pursue a quality graduate degree and achieve your goals for personal and professional development. I looked into the MSA - HPT or the HPT Grad Certifiate one time. I spoke to someone at the school (I think the dean) and wanted to call back with some follow up questions. I called at about 10:30PM and figured I would leave a VM. He answered the phone, it was his cell phone! I apologized for calling so late and he went on to answer my questions and we spoke for about 30 minutes. How is that for service!
