Even his Bachelor's degree is from an unaccredited school, albeit not even in the same ballpark as San Moritz. This putz can't even spell the name of his "alma mater" correctly. I can't even feel sorry for someone like that.

Awhile back I posted links in a.e.d. of various misguided people who listed Columbia State in their resumes, and the numbers were depressing. There was even a for-hire "expert witness" who had the chutzpah to list Columbia State for 2 out of his 3 degrees.

I wanted to see if it was still that easy, this time I used the equally fake University of Palmers Green....judge for yourself.

There was more, but you get the picture. Finding all these took about 5 minutes.

From a bachelor's degree to a Ph.D. in two years? Quite an accomplishment!

    Especially intriguing --

Bill Smart, in his resume at http://www.scilimited.com/resume.htm
says he is "An active consultant on fraud detection to both domestic and international banks..."

And his business, Smart Consulting International Limited (SCi) is an Offshore Corporation registered in Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

    Lovely.

It makes sense though, in a way.

Who is better acquainted with the dangers of fraud detection than a consultant with with a degree from Palmer's Green?

True. Many security consultants are reformed burglars.

The one I particularly liked is the one on the State of Oregon's Emergency Management website. Given what we know about Oregon's thoughts on degree mills, well...

    questionable credentials

Just adding to the conversation, I came across this 'professional' using his questionable credentials to his advantage:
