This is not an adjunct position: Vice President for Adult Learning The University of Saint Francis has an opening for a Vice President for Adult Learning. Under the direction of the President, Quality service is essential in this public relations position to establish positive first impressions and expectations of continued quality service. It is therefore imperative that the Vice President for Adult learning impart the University’s Quality Service Standards, listed as follows: Promptness, timeliness of information and actions, availability, and ability to respond Accuracy: Correct information and actions Personalization: Personal contact, personal relationships, and use of names Professionalism: Attitude, discretion, appearance, language, honesty, follow-through and accountability Courtesy: Politeness, listening, and kindness Knowledge: Answers, ideas, and problem solving The Vice President provides academic and operational leadership to the College of Adult Learning at USF which includes satellite campuses, distance learning, the Graduate School, adult accelerated programs and other alternative format educational programs. The Vice President is responsible for collaboratively establishing and leading the College of Adult Learning in all matters, including continued development of goals, policies, program planning and evaluation, outreach and partnerships. This is a full-time 12-month position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education Ph.D. or Terminal Degree in education or related area. Experience Higher Education management experience (5 years) Online teaching and adult services experience Higher education budgetary management experience KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Must be, and remain, insurable for driving by the university’s automobile insurance company without additional premiums.
