Appears that Homeland Security ran another fake school in New Jersey.

University stated they were legitimate and even linked to the Department of Homeland Security, who verified they were legitimate.

Immigration & Customs Enforcement arrests 250 foreign students who registered for their fake university.

I believe this would warrant more information, but in the absence of such, it certainly appears uncomfortably close to entrapment.

 

Is that an entrapment or enticement?

DETROIT – About 90 additional foreign students at a fake university in metro Detroit created by the Department of Homeland Security have been arrested in recent months.

A total of about 250 students have now been arrested since January on immigration violations by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement as part of a sting operation by federal agents who enticed foreign-born students, mostly from India, to attend the school that marketed itself as offering graduate programs in technology and computer studies, according to ICE officials.

 

Entice -- entrap. Enticement with intent to trap? Gibberish. It's all the same thing. ICE Agents must be on a quota system. Or maybe there are bonuses. Possibly both.

I guess building a fake uni is cheaper than building a wall.
