UPF, one of the top universities in Spain (the top university according to Times Higher Education) has some programs in English, including 2 masters that cost less than EUR 10,000.

The business school has an easy-to-navigate page that describes which degrees are available, the language of instruction and the cost. I haven't yet figured out which, if any, of their arts and sciences degrees can be obtained via distance, but I will report back if and when I find it.

Important to note is that some are "online" (asynchronous) and some are "live" (synchronous) where you join the on-campus classes remotely. The time zone factor will make the live classes out of reach for many.

 

BTW... yes, I'm tempted!!!

Not by the english degrees, but by a couple of the ones in spanish.

 

I read, somewhere I don't remember, that they are growing in the number of degrees they teach in English. That's reason for hope. However,
you can hedge your bets and start learning Spanish!
