To the so call experts in International education

I gave multiple explanations to our accreditations of the Université Francophone Robert de Sorbon. I cited articles, code references, statutes, decisions, etc. I went over the board to answer questions about ownership (see above) . but I AM THE SECRETIVE responding to people named like "Unkle Jacko"

Some people in this forum, not all , try to destroy systematically our work using abrogated Laws, wrong assertions on the use Sorbonne name and reinvented our century old 1901 Law on Associations, rewriting a referendum approved constitution...but never responding to my questions about accreditation in the States for example.

No one disputed those facts so far. But I am the secretive and stealthy

The Université francophone Robert de Sorbon www.sorbonedu.com/sorbonengl.html prefers to be accredited and recognized by two sovereign countries including the third nation iof the world (more to come) using a recognized legal procedure than to be criticized by such international Law education experts as "Unkle Jancko"...(cf. abrogated law, etc.)

Again no such address. Note there is a Redfield Hills, but it does not appear to hav an "Old Stage road".

 

This is not at all surprising considering that their “U.S. mailing address” is rental mailbox that is shared with AUAP American Universities Admission Program (owned by J.N Prade, the former Administrative Contact of their Web site before it was changed to an anonymous registration service whose sole purpose is to conceal ownership), which is also the current credential evaluator of choice for the notorious degree mill, Breyer State University.

M. Michal’s posts to date are nothing more than insults and obfuscations. He has yet to answer a single question in a straightforward manner (why is that so familiar?)

Why does L’Université Francophone Robert de Sorbon need to conceal its ownership? Why do they use the mailing address of a credential evaluator (an obvious conflict of interest) instead of their own in Maine (supposedly 427 à 429 Main Street Presque Isle ME 04769)? Why have they, for some time now, claimed to be chartered in Maine, when the corporation was only formed on June 1, 2004?

I do not expect that we will get the answers to these and many more questions. I do, however, expect more insults and chicanery.

429 Main Street is also the address for Begin Again, Inc., an entity that provides mental illness outpatient care, intensive outpatient, dual diagnosis, and referrals. At 427 Main Street we have the Harding Law Offices. Floyd L. Harding is a criminal law attorney.

I will refrain from commenting why a university would choose to share office space with an outfit that caters to the mentally ill and a criminal law attorney.

The correct address is 104 Old Stage Road (P.O. Box 509) Readfield, ME 04355. This is the address for the registered agent for the Maine chartered corporation, National Registered Agents Inc.. Although the articles of incorporation must list a Maine address (hence National Registered Agents Inc.’s agent in Maine, Ken Keene), the articles for UNIVERSITE FRANCOPHONE ROBERT DE SORBON CORP. were actually signed by Thomas West, Assistant Secretary of National Registered Agents Inc. located at 11 Club Court, Columbia, MO 65201.

In addition to National Registered Agents, Inc., also located at 104 Old Stage Road are Public Information Resource, Inc., National Corporate Research, Ltd., Capitol Corporate Services, Inc., Corporate Creations Network, Inc., National Corporate Research, Ltd..

In other words, none of L’Université Francophone Robert de Sorbon appear to be the real address of the school. Instead, they are all means of concealing ownership and liability.

M. Michal, are you beginning to understand that you are not dealing with ignorant, naïve or gullible individuals and that your shenanigans and chicanery are wholly ineffectual here?

I don't know what they do in Florida but here non-profit organizations are normally incorporated without share capital hence no owners.

While I am sure that it is not the case with your fine institution, it is quite common for diploma mills to make such statements concerning all of the people here who have signed up for their school. Besides the fact, pure and simple, that it is quite likely an inaccurate statement.

Also, the whole idea of specifically stating that you are not a diploma mill on your website probably leads people to believe that you are a diploma mill.

It probably doesn't help your case when you ignore the questions that you prefer not to answer.

VAE as the "coming thing?"

M. Michal's UFRS uses VAE (Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience) to drive its organization forward. I noticed a couple of days ago that the black-on-black text at the bottom of some AdvancedU.org pages refers to UFRS and its VAE stuff. The Robertstown site also has a VAE thrust now, as does SRU (look at the black-on-black text above the "Saint Regis University" banner).

Is this a new fad making the rounds of certain types of non-RA enterprises? Or is it just popular with one set of operators?

Dear friend I am not understand what you mean.
