Any knowledge about this program?
Pardon my ignorance but ULM stands for what?
University of Louisiana at Monroe. ikibah is probably referring to their online non-clinical PhD in MFT in Creative Systemic Studies (alternatively, to their on-campus clinical PhD in MFT).
What are your goals? Are you looking to become licensed because this program is not for licensure? One person who was accepted to the program posted in the Student Doctor forum. He left and went somewhere else. He said it was unchallenging, and they teach "hokus pokus magic" and stalk students on social media sites. That's the only review I've seen on the program. I've read other reviews on ULM Gold in that their delivery of online programs is not well-developed.
Well I am already licensed. My goal is to get a PhD for a) personal fulfillment and B) I can only gain marketability with a PhD. That is some pretty terrible feedback you heard though.
Well, the focus is Creative Systemic Studies. That might appeal to some and not others. If you're into art therapy, then this might be the program for you.
