Noticed this non-thesis MA program today and don't remember seeing it mentioned here before ... it's noted as "new" on their site: ULM's Gateway to Online Degrees (GOLD): Master of Arts (MA) in History Since it's non-thesis it probably wouldn't be a great option for a person looking to go on to do their PhD in history, but for someone wanting to study history for personal enrichment or to qualify to teach history (in theory, anyways) it seems like a great option ... cheap ($193/credit * 30 = $5,790) and it's almost entirely electives.
Need 15 credits in undergrad social sciences and 15 credits in undergrad history. i think it's important to note that. Most people with a liberal arts BA/BS have 15 credits in social science, but 15 in history? Noone except history majors or minors is probably going to have that.
