In addition to the MBA and BSc courses, take a look at HND's. This is a two year course somewhere between a US associate degree and a bachelors.

The problem with the Higher National Diploma (HND) is explaining it to foreign employers and universities. I have a Higher National Certificate and was only able to obtain a few credits for it against my Regents BS degree. When I took my HNC it was a stepping stone to professional society membership.

From memory, an HND with a pass mark above a certain level (60% ?) used to be classed as equivalent to a Pass Bachelor Degree (not Honours degree).

Such an HND can be direct entry to the final year of a UK bachelor honours degree or sometimes to a UK master's degree first year (PG Diploma) with the second year leading to master's degree.

A friend of mine got a Cranwell MSc by such a route.

HND's are strongly vocational - and highly regarded by employers.

An HNC is lower than an HND and would normally require endorsements to be equivalent.

An HNC can get its holder into the second year of a UK bachelor program - although these things can vary from college to college.

HNC and HND qualificaitons have the advantage that they can be done very much part-time whilst working, and with a lot of open learning / distance learning support.
