What Trinity C&U claims is accreditation from two totally bogus organizations that it had a hand in creating. Their mailbox operation could not achieve legitimate accreditation.

Is this the same Trinity College and University available at http://www.trinityeducation.com/ ?
They claim to be Spanish out of Malaga, Spain and sell Doctorates for $500 based on life experience. Just wondering if they moved operations to Spain or is this just another Trinity College and University?

It is a U.K. version that is almost certainly the antecedent of the one under discussion. There is little likelihood that the one you've found has any presence in Spain, as TC&U had a run-in with authorities there years ago. The address that I've seen for Malaga is a convenience address.

Yes, they could pursue accreditation. And I could pursue a spot on the PGA Tour. But neither are going to happen. This simply isn't a school, so what's to accredit? It's not that they offer distance programs, it's that they offer degrees without a viable academic process.

Schools become accredited by operating like accredited schools. Period. They seldom "improve" later on and get accredited. Except by the DETC!! [IMG] Seriously, a school that isn't a school isn't going to become accredited.

    Thanks Rich:

With that in mind, I will continue my process of contacting Thomas Edison U. and see what's what. If anyone has any further suggestions, please let me know. Appreciate it.

Paul McCartney's song of the 70's reminds me a lot of Trinity. Remember the one called "Band on the Run?"

Maybe they could set up shop in Cuba, at least Castro would force accreditation on them. [IMG]

I always love to comment on Trinity C&U when the opportunity arises, but what more could I say than has already been said by those with more first hand knowledge and experience of the notorious moving school.

Something worth pointing out though again, about what Trinity is sure to get you!: and that is, that it's sure to get you, alot of hassle from prospective employers and others down the years.

    Cheers
