Trinity University (San Antonio, Texas) sues Trinity College & University

    The problem is they seem to have attempted to serve a location in Louisiana which I think Trinity stopped using long ago. The reporter now has an address in Delray Beach, Florida which might be helpful.

    And what about Trinity Southern? Shouldn't the San Antonio Trinity be concerned about that as well, especially since TSU claims to be a Texas school.

    I'm surprised that these degree mills don't get sued more often for this.

    I'm not a lawyer, but I don't see how this suit can possibly prevail. What about (1) Statute of Limitations: TC&Us (however many there are of them) have been operating for years and years, and Trinity University should have known about them and filed its suit years ago, and (2) non-uniqueness of the name "Trinity": there's Trinity College, Dublin, etc.?
