Right, the Founding Fathers intended for every single one of the amendments in the Bill of Rights to apply to the individual, with the sole exception of the Second. If you would read the writings of Madison, Jefferson, Adams, etc., you'd realize how absurd that premise is.

Can you point out one other instance in the entire Constitution where the Founding Fathers fucked up the wording?
