Followed the link just to see that the actual headline is "Donald Trump Denies NBC Report That He Asked For Tenfold Increase In Nukes". This sums up the value of this thread or of engaging "me again" in any conversation at all that assumes good faith on his part. And this is a person who was fundamentally decent before jumping in Trump clown car...

(1) No. I am not religious at all. I think you already know that my interest is not in any religion, but in the unique financial systems of the world's 1.3 billion Muslims. I find this a very absorbing study. The systems are governed by Islam - so, to understand financial matters properly, I have to learn (not necessarily believe in) things about the religion as I go.

(2) Doesn't matter what I believe - except maybe this: 1.3 billion people call their God Allah - others have/had different names for Him. I respect all their choices and I believe God can properly be called by many names.
Here's a bit (from Wiki) on how the Arabic word "Allah" originated:

"The word is thought to be derived by contraction from al-ilāh, which means "the god", and is related to El and Elohim, the Hebrew words for God."

(3) I'm not a Christian, so I have no business stirring the Christianity pot. Nastiness nearly always results - and I'll have none of it. Believe what you want - and so will I. If I find an Islamic quotation that supports my point - I'll use it. Doesn't make me a Muslim. Might be a Buddhist quote next time, who knows.

But yeah, this. This would include both my children BTW. Completely blows these people's pretence that they are against "illegal aliens" because rule of law. It's all about what they refer to as "culture" - or, really, ethnic origin. US-born children of immigrants are not illegal immigrants; in fact, they're not any kind of immigrants by any definition that's not bigoted.
