When I read that his fabled false teeth were not wooden, but human teeth forcibly removed from his slaves, my opinion of the guy dropped three or seventeen notches.
I am saddened to learn of this. I did fact-check you. Multiple sources confirmed. I hate it but, my opinion of our First President just dropped four or eighteen notches.
My hometown had a high school named "Washington-Lee", and renamed it to "Washington-Liberty" as if George Washington weren't just a problematic as Robert E. Lee for essentially all of the same reasons. I guess it pays to win.
